1. இரண்டிற்கும் மேற்பட்ட செயல் பாங்குகள் ஒன்றிணைந்து ஒருவருடைய பொறுப்புக்களை நிறைவேற்ற உதவுவது. 2. இருவர் இணைந்து பணியாற்றும்போது ஒருவரிடம் இல்லாத ஒன்றை இன்னொருவரிடம் இருப்பதை வைத்து நிரப்புவது / முழுமையாக்குவது.
