சட்டப்படியோ, நெறிமுறைகளின்படியோ இல்லாமல் நடைமுறையில் உள்ளது. பெண்கள் பங்கேற்கலாது என்று எந்த விதிமுறையும் இல்லாத ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சியில் பெண்கள் குறைவாகப் பங்கேற்கும் நடைமுறை. இது de jure (சட்டப்படி) என்ற வார்த்தையின் எதிர்பதம்.
