நிலைத்த தன்மை பெற்றுவிட்டிருக்கின்ற குழுவின் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும், அவர்களைச் சார்ந்திருக்கும் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் கொடுக்கப்படும் மருத்துவக் காப்பீடு. இக்குழுக்கள் ஒரு தொழிற்சாலை, வணிக நிறுவனம், அரசு நிறுவனப் பணியாளர்களாகவோ அல்லது அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சங்கங்களின் (தேசிய சமூகப்பணியாளர் சங்கம்) உறுப்பினர்களாகவோ இருக்கலாம்.
