ஒரு வாடிக்கையாளருக்கோ அல்லது வாடிக்கையாளர் தொகுதியின் பிரச்சனை தீர்க்கவோ, பல அறிவுத்துறையினரோ அல்லது பல தொழில்துறையினரோ கூட்டாகச் செயல்படுவது. எடுத்துக்காட்டாக பல பிரச்சனைகளால் சிக்கலுக்கு உள்ளான குடும்பத்திற்கு சமூகப்பணியாளர், உளவியலார், குருமார்கள், மருத்துவர், செவிலியர் என்று பலரும் கூட்டாக இணைந்து உதவி செய்வது.

Team intervention or collaboration on behalf of a specific client or client system, which involves members of different professions or disciplines. For example, a social agency might call on a social worker, psychologist, clergy member, nurse, and physician to coordinate their respective specialties to help a multiproblem family.
