ஒன்றிற்கும் மேற்பட்ட நலத்திட்ட உதவிகளைப் பெற விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது, அந்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் சந்தேகத்திற்கிடமில்லாமல் உதவி தேவைப்படுபவர்கள் (categorically needy) என்று தெரிய வரும்போது, அதற்கான தகுதிகள் (உ.ம். வருமான வரம்பு) ஒரே மாதிரியாக இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில், அவர்களது விண்ணப்பங்களைத் தனித்தனியாகப் பரிசீலிக்காமல் ஒன்றாகக் கருதி பரிசீலிப்பது.

A procedure for welfare clients to apply for more than one program at a time, thus reducing the waste of resources, number of interviews, and paperwork. The procedure works best in categorically needy programs in which the eligibility criteria are the same.
