பிறப்பிலிருந்து இறப்பு வரை வயதாக வயதாக ஏற்படும் மாற்றங்களும், வளர்ச்சியும் வாழ்க்கைச் சுழற்சி என்றழைக்கப்படுகிறது. இந்த மாற்றங்களும் வளர்ச்சியும் வயதை ஒட்டியும் கலாச்சாரத்தை ஒட்டியும் பெரும்பாலும் முன்கணிக்கக் கூடியதாகவே இருக்கின்றது.
