ஓபியம் கலந்த மருந்துகளைத் தொடர்ந்து உபயோகப்படுத்தும் போது அதனால் ஏற்படும் போதை அல்லது மயக்க நிலையால் அதி உற்சாகம் அல்லது மிகு கவலை, மந்தத் தன்மை, எதிலும் அக்கறையின்மை, விழித்திரை விரிதல் அல்லது சுருங்குதல், நினைவுத்திறன் இழப்பு, எதிலும் கவனம் செலுத்த இயலாமை, உளறல், முடிவெடுக்க இயலாமை, சமூக பொறுப்புகளில் ஈடுபட இயலாமை போன்ற அறிகுறிகள் ஒபிய மயக்கத்தால் ஏற்படும் விளைவுகளாகும்.

The mental and physical symptoms resulting from recent opioid depression or opioid abuse. The symptoms include euphoria or depression, sluggishness, apathy, dilation or constriction of the pupils, drowsiness, impaired memory or attentiveness, slurred speech, poor judgment, and impaired social functioning.
