ஒரு பணி செய்ய அமர்த்தப்படும் பணியாளரின் தகுதி, பணியிடத்தில் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் நடத்தை முறைகள், பணியாற்றும் போது கடைப்பிடிக்கவேண்டிய விதிமுறைகள் போன்றவற்றின் தொகுப்பு. இது பெரும்பாலும் அத்தியாவசியப் பணிகளைச் செய்யும் அல்லது அவசர கால பணிகளைச் செய்யும் பணியாளர்களுக்கு பொருந்தக்கூடியது. இந்த தரக்கட்டுப்பாடு ஒப்பந்தத் தொழிலாளர்க்குப் பொருந்தாது. மேலும் இந்தத் தர அளவீட்டை பணியாளர் - முதலாளிகளுக்கிடையே குறைகளைத் தீர்க்கவும் பயன்படுத்தலாகாது.
