The Philippine government division (established in 1915 as the Philippine Public Welfare Board) to administer the nation's six human services programs, including (1) Assistance to Socially Disadvantaged Communities, (2) Women, (3) Children, (4) Families, (5) Relief and Rehabilitation of Victims of Natural Calamities and Social Disorganization, and (6) Disability Prevention and Care of Disabled Persons.
