ஸ்பானிய மொழியில் தகவல் பரிமாற்ற நோக்கத்துடனில்லாமல், நட்பு ரீதியாகச் செய்யப்படும் உரையாடல். சமூகப்பணியில் பரஸ்பர புரிதல், ஒத்துணர்வை (rapport) உருவாக்கச் செய்யப்படும் உரையாடல் போன்றது. இலத்தீன் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுடன் பணியாற்றும் சமூகப்பணியாளர்கள், அவர்களின் நம்பிக்கையை, ஒத்துணர்வைப் பெற இது மாதிரியான நட்பு ரீதியான உரையாடலின் தேவையைப் புரிந்து செயல்படுவார்கள்.
