அரசியலிலோ அல்லது பொது வாழ்க்கையிலிருப்பவர்களோ பிறரின் மத, இன, கலாச்சார, இயலாமை அடிப்படையில் மனம் புண்படாத அளவிற்கு நாகரீகமாகவும், நாசூக்காகவும் பேசுவது. மனதிலிருப்பதை நேரடியாகச் சொல்லாமல் சுற்றி வளைத்துப் பேசும் இப்பேச்சு கேலிக்குரியது என்று விமர்சிக்கப்படுகிறது.
