ஓய்விலுள்ளபோதோ, ஒரு செயலைச் செய்யும் போதோ, நின்றுகொண்டிருக்கும் போதோ ஏற்படலாம். நிலுவைய நடுக்கம் என்பது ஒரே மாதிரியாக, வேகமாக, அடுத்தடுத்து, சீரான வேகத்தில், நின்று கொண்டிருக்கும் போதோ, கைகால்களை புவியீர்ப்பு விசைக்கு எதிராக நிமிர்த்தும் போதோ கட்டுப்படுத்த முடியாமல் ஏற்படும் தசை நடுக்கம் அல்லது துடிப்பு ஆகும்.
