வாடிக்கையாளரை அச்சுறுத்தாவண்ணம், எந்தத் தயக்கமுமில்லாமல் பதில் / கருத்தைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளக்கூடிய கேள்விகளைக் கேட்பது. எடுத்துக்காட்டாக, பதட்டத்துடன் வரும் தாயிடம், பகலெல்லாம் வேலை செய்துவிட்டு, இரவு நேரத்தில் தூக்கம் கெடும்படியாகக் குழந்தையைப் பராமரிப்பது கூட உங்களின் சோர்வுக்கும், பதட்டத்திற்கும் காரணமாக இருக்கலாமென்று நினைக்கிறீர்களா? என்ற கேள்வி மறைமுகக் கேள்விக்கு எடுத்துக்காட்டாகும்.

An example is when a social worker comments to a client, "It must be difficult to have to work all day and then take care of the kids all night."
