The NASW publication, issued every three years, listing the thousands of NASW members who have met the qualifications for registered clinical social worker (master's or doctoral degree in social work, two years of supervised practice experience within the past 10 years, and maintaining the Academy of Certified Social Workers IACSW] certification or state license). The Register, which indicates the social worker's training, experience, credentials, practice specialty and location, is a valuable tool for making and receiving referrals.
