அமெரிக்க மைய அரசாங்கத்தின் நிதியுதவி பெரும் திட்டங்களோ, நிறுவனங்களோ அல்லது அரசாங்கத்துடன் வணிகத் தொடர்பு வைத்துள்ள வணிக நிறுவனங்களோ, தகுதி உள்ள ஊனமுற்றவர்களை வேலைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவேண்டுமென்றும், ஊனமுற்றவர்களிடம் பாரபட்சம் காட்டலாகாது என்று நிர்பந்திக்கும் சட்டம்.

The federal legislation (PI. 94-112) that prohibits unfair treatment of individuals with disabilities in programs or activities that receive government funds and requires businesses that do business with the federal government to try to hire qualified people with disabilities.
