கோடை, இலையுதிர், குளிர் மற்றும் வசந்த காலத்தின் சீதோஷ்ண நிலைகளுக்கேற்ப, உடலியக்கத்திலும், உளப்பாங்கிலும் மாற்றங்கள், பாதிப்புகள் ஏற்படும். அதிகக் குளிரான, வெப்பமற்ற காலங்களில் சிலருக்கு உற்சாகமின்மையோடு தொடர்புடைய உளமந்தம் ஏற்படும். சூரிய வெளிச்சம் படும்படியான இடங்களில் அமர்வது, செயற்கை முறையில் வெளிச்சத்தையோ அறையின் வெப்பநிலையையோ மாற்றிக்கொள்வது இதற்கான தீர்வுகளாகும்.
