ஒரு செயலின், குறிப்பாக வணிகச் செயல்களின், நன்மை தீமைகளை மதிப்பிட்டு, ஆதானால் ஏற்படுகின்ற விளைவுகளை சமூக விளைவு அறிக்கையாக அறிக்கையிடல். ஒரு செயல் அதன் சுற்றுப்புறச் சமுதாயத்தில் ஏற்படுத்தும் தாக்கம் / விளைவுகள், அந்த செயலின் பாதுகாப்புத் தன்மை, அந்தச் செயலால் உருவாக வாய்ப்புள்ள பாரபட்சத் தன்மை போன்றவை அந்த அறிக்கையில் இடம் பெறும்.
