அமெரிக்க மைய அரசின் நிதி உதவி பெரும் கல்வி நிலையங்களில் பாலினப் பாகுபாட்டை தடை செய்த கல்வித் திருத்தச் சட்டத்தின் பத்தாம் ஷரத்து. இந்த ஷரத்து அறிமுகத்திற்குப் பின் கல்வி நிலையங்களில் பெண்கள் விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளில் அதிக அளவு பங்கேற்கத் தூண்டினாலும், அது பெண்களை விளையாட்டுத் துறையில் ஊக்குவிக்க அதிக நிதி ஒதுக்கீட்டிற்கு வழி செய்யவில்லை.

Part of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 (P.L. 92-318) that prohibits most forms of sex discrimination in educational programs that receive federal funds. The legislation has influenced school systems to increase their athletic programs for girls and women, although it has not resulted in equal expenditures for athletics for both sexes.
