ஒருவருடைய அனுமதி இல்லாமல், அவருக்குச் சொந்தமான வீட்டிற்குள்ளோ அல்லது அலுவலகத்திற்குள்ளோ அனுமதியின்றி, பலாத்காரமாகவோ அல்லது மோசடியாகவோ சட்டவிரோதமாக நுழைவது. திருடும் எண்ணத்தில் இக்காரியம் செய்யப்படாவிட்டாலும், இது கதவை உடைத்து திருட்டுதனமாக நுழைவதற்கு ஒப்பானதுதான்.
