வின்னிகாட் கிளேர் (1900-1984) - இரண்டாம் உலகப்போருக்குப் பின்னான இங்கிலாந்தில் குழந்தைகள் நல விவாகாரங்களை முன்னெடுத்துச் சென்றவர். அரசியல் பொருளாதார எதார்த்தங்களின் பின்னணியில் சிறார்களின் ஆளுமையை உளஇயக்கக் கோட்பாட்டின் பின்னணியில் கண்டறிய ஏதுவான பயிற்சிகளை சமூகப் பணியாளர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தார். குழந்தைகள் நலனில் இவர் ஆற்றிய சேவைகளுக்காக 1971 ஆம் ஆண்டு பிரிட்டிஷ் அரசின் 'பண்பார்பெருந்தகை' (Order of the British Empire) என்ற விருது அளிக்கப்பட்டது.

Leader in the United Kingdom's postwar child welfare field, she developed Great Britain's first social work training program for child welfare workers and integrated psychodynamic understanding of children's personalities with social and political realities. She was awarded the Order of the British Empire in 1971 for her work in child welfare.
